These items paint your neopet wonderful and exciting colours. You can buy the basic colours from users shops, and others from the hidden tower, trades and auctions. They can also be found in rare random events! Stone and Glass were replaced some time by Island and Tyrannian Paint Brushes so you cannot paint your pet with them anymore.
