Mumbell

Mumbell is a ghost Flerper who roams the Bogbottom area of the Petpet Park. She's obsessed with fashion, though because she can't leave the Bog, she has grown out of touch with the latest trends. She remembers a fight between a witch and a wizard in the Park from when she was a girl, and suspects it may be related to the recent decay in the area.
The inscription on Mumbell's headstone reads, "Here lies Mumbell, she of beauty and passion. May her dress now forever ne'er be out of fashion."
