Nimmo. Sidney keeps himself busy selling his rigged Scratchcards to unsuspecting customers in the Deserted Fairground. Now and then you may win a prize, but not if Sidney can help it.
Before Sidney's Scratchcard Kiosk was officially released, it was still accessable and some users managed to purchase some of the scratchcards. The cards bought before the official release were later turned into 'fake' cards by TNT, and now have become expensive keepsakes.
