The Masked Intruder

The Mask Intruder is a large kougra that is quite muscular. His physique makes him very strong. Some people think that he should be in charge and not Judge Hog mostly because people like kougra's more. He does not wear any clothing at all except for a mask, gloves and some shoes. He is usually seen as nude since his private area is not covered. People still respect him no matter what.
