A neopets monitor, artist, programmer, air faerie have a monitor tag. These "monitors" or others who have the tag, have different last spotted tags when you refresh it. How to Be a monitor:


  1. No one can be a monitor, unless you are a TNT staff member.


  1. If you are a staff member, you will have the monitor tag.



  1. GOOD LUCK, I KNOW, I DONT THINK ANY OF YOU WILL BE STAFF!
