Confusion

He is a highly skilled thief and has mastery over the dark arts, which he doesn't feel is evil, but how one uses it.

Does the text really make no sense or is it just me? If its just me, could anybody explain the "dark arts and evil" part?--Demon 14:05, 13 Jan 2007 (CST)

Apart from it being unsourced, you mean? No, it doesn't make sense. I think it is meant to read on the lines of "He is a highly skilled thief and has a mastery over the dark arts. He doesn't feel this makes one evil, but that one's evilness is determined by how it is used"... --Macbeth 16:49, 13 Jan 2007 (CST)

Added by me. It's from the video game text i'm taking it from (if i recall right). A Gamefaqs guide speaks of this as well. I believe to kelland, the dark sphere of magic (personified in dark faeries) isn't basely evil, but just like all magic and can be used for good or evil, just as fire magic can help people or burn down a whole village. --Jacob 18:39, 13 Jan 2007 (CST)
