The Huggy is a Petpet released on (need date), which gives a hug to anyone it sees, and can be overly friendly to the point of being annoying. As of April 2007, they can be found on the Shop Wizard for as low as 23k Neopoints. They can also be combined with a Cool Purple Teddy Bear at the Cooking Pot to create a Huggy Bear.

Trivia

• As of October 2006, the Huggy comes in 5 different colours.
• The Huggy avatar released on February 8th, 2005 could be acquired if a user has a Huggy attached to one of their Neopets 99+ days old and visiting the Neopet's Neopet Lookup.
• The Huggy was featured in Week 76 of the Petpet Protection League.
