The Celestial Medallion is a key item in NeoQuest II. Putting it together and placing it on the Altar of Destiny stops the sandstorm in the Lost Desert(part 3 of the game) and unclogs the ship's in/out. The final boss before placing the Medallion on the altar is Anubits.
