The Primella is an Aquatic Petpet introduced on August 29, 2001. They are delicate beauties that require a lot of care to keep their scales in tip top condition

Prissy

A Prissy

Before the Primella became the Primella, it was known as a Petpet named Prissy. Like the other Petpet from Maraqua in 2001, it was redrawn after it fled to Mystery Island.

It is not impossible to still own a Prissy. Any Petpet who was attached to a Neopet at the time of the change will stay the same untill it is removed. This means only a very few people still have a Prissy.
