Baby Bruce with a ray gun which can turn any Neopet into the colour Baby. If your Neopets doesn't have an available Baby colour at the time, it won't change. Comes as a random event.
Boochi is 17 years old (as of Year 7) and, according to the Neopedia, emits a '"Bwahahaaa' that is both evil and adorable".
