The Techo was created on June 7, 2000. Unquestionably one of the happiest Neopets ever, these neopets are a ray of light to any neopet it encounters. Blessed with exceptional acrobatic skills, these natural performers are the life of any party and can hold any audience spell bound and in tears of laughter for hours on end.
