It seems to me that Boochi only zaps rich ppl that hav already paetnid their neopet something. That's why the random event has like a unhappy message. u no instead of yay Boochi zapped ur neopet and now it's baby it's ahhhhh that scoundrel Boochi just zapped your neopet and now it's a baby whatever. That's my observance anyway.
