The Ghoti, pronounced /fɪʃ/, like fish, is an Aquatic Petpet released on September 4, 2001. The name comes from the common illustration of irregularities in English spelling. They need a lot of care and attention and their slime is an ingredient for many magical concoctions.

As of November 2009, the Ghoti can come in 7 different colours:

Blue - January 29, 2002 Brown - September 15, 2004 Faerie - November 7, 2009

Fire - January 5, 2004 Green - January 29, 2002 Orange - Natural

Red - January 29, 2002

Trivia

• The Ghoti was chosen for Week 15 of the Petpet Protection League.
• As of August 2010, they are the cheapest petpet, only raging at 10 neopoints.
