Brightvale, a Neopian world discovered on August 11, 2004, is a kingdom of scholars and artisans ruled by King Skarl's older brother King Hagan. The first glass windows came from this kingdom, and every year on August 11th, a festival is held commemorating its discovery. Brightvale's colours are green, gold, and white, and its flag consists of a white triangle over a green triangle, defaced with a yellow star.

Yooyuball

Though they were famous for their shady tactics and foul play in 2006, Brightvale's Yooyuball team has since turned over a new leaf and abandoned their cheating ways. The team has had relatively poor performances in last several Altador Cup tournaments, and due to a decree by King Hagan, the team did not participate in 2009 games at all.
