Obtaining
When clicking on the purple crystals on the bottom left corner of the Moltara City map you will be directed to the quarry, where you can obtain a Shiny Obsidian.
Use
Can be taken to Tangor's Workshop to be combined with other items to create unique Moltaran Petpets.
