Plesio is a Tyrannian Flotsam and was a member of the council of elders. He was the captain of Tyrannia's sea division during The Tyrannian Invasion, and used to look after the Wheel of Mediocrity before he was replaced.

Trivia

  • In addition to a NeoDeck card, Plesio is featured in a plushie.
  • Since Plesio existed before user-painted Tyrannian Flotsam were created, the fact that they do not look the same is due to The Neopets Teams' decision to keep Plesio's personal appearance distinctive.
  • As of the Wheel of Mediocrity's upgrade on July 21, 2010, another Tyrannian Flotsam has taken over Plesio's role as its caretaker.
