Plesio is a Tyrannian Flotsam and was a member of the council of elders. He was the captain of Tyrannia's sea division during The Tyrannian Invasion, and currently looks after the Wheel of Mediocrity.

Trivia

  • In addition to a NeoDeck card, Plesio is featured in a plushie.
  • Since Plesio existed before user-painted Tyrannian Flotsam were created, the fact that they do not look the same is due to The Neopets Teams' decision to keep Plesio's personal appearance distinctive.
  • For the Save the Wheels event, both he and the Wheel of Mediocrity got an art update on July 21, 2010.
