King Koi was the original ruler of Old Maraqua.

The original Koi king of Maraqua. Was replaced by King Kelpbeard in Curse of Maraqua. Why King Kelpbeard replaced him is unknown. It is possible he was replaced because of the outdated Koi design. It's unknown what happened to him after The Destruction of Maraqua.
