A Wadjet
The Wadjet is a snake-like Desert Petpet found in the Lost Desert. It loves nothing better than to wrap around a Neopets neck, and is sometimes mistaken for a necklace. Interesting enough, it's stated in the Wadjet Neopets TCG card the discovery of the Wadjet sparked a fashion craze in the Lost Desert, resulting in many clothes and Neopet colours to be adorned with the shape of the Wadjet.

- As of December 2007, the Wadjet are featured in 7 different items.
- Wadjets are affiliated with the element of darkness in the Neopets TCG.
- Wadjets were featured in Brucey B and the Lucky Coin, where it was shown Capara held a fear of them, and was even turned into one.
