Pile of Soot
The Pile of Soot is a Petpet that is only available from the Petpet Laboratory. Any Petpet can become a Pile of Soot. Its body is essentially the remains of the Petpet, with the only mention of it having a body being its two remaining eyes. Some users veiw this as a negative effect of the Petpet Laboratory. The first time you get a Petpet turned into a Pile of Soot from the Petpet Laboratory you get an avatar. Most users use cheap, unwanted Petpets to get a Pile of Soot.
Trivia
- Due to the Pile of Soot being a result of the Petpet Laboratory, it's not an item, and Petpets will revert to their original form when they are disowned by their Neopet owner.
- A pet with a Pile of Soot for a petpet can not be put into the pound.
