Neo Flu is a disease a Neopet can catch at random, via the Wheel of Excitement, Wheel of Monotomy, Ferocious Negg or Random Event. Neopets sick with Neo Flu will refuse to eat, appear flushed and be very sleepy. It's cured by a handful of Neoflu Jelly Pills, delicious pills which will make a Neopet happy.
