Introduction
The Fountain Faerie is also called the Rainbow Faerie because she lives in the Rainbow Fountain, found in Faerieland.
As a Random Event
The Fountain Faerie may give you a quest, which requires you to fetch her a certain item, usually very valuable. As a reward for completing the quest, the Fountain Faerie will allow you to change the colour of the Neopet of your choice, (though with some exceptions), such as Royal and MSP. If you are NOT on her quest (read below) then her fountain will appear NOT WORKING.
Notes
Because of the rising cost of Paint Brushes the Fountain Faerie is often a lot cheaper than other options to change the colour of your pet. For this reason the Quests are often anticipated by the players.
