The Smiley is a retired Petpet based on the emoticon of the same name. It is always happy and smiling.
The Smiley was among the Petpets from Old Maraqua that had to take refuge after it was destroyed shortly after. However, it was also among the very few Petpets from that group that didn't get a redesign.
