Boochi is a Baby Bruce who wields a ray gun that can turn Neopets into babies. Since January 15, 2003, Boochi has been appearing in a random event in which he fires his ray gun at the user's active Neopet.
Random Events
There is one currently active random event involving Boochi:
The first time a user receives this event, they will unlock Boochi as a challenger in the Battledome. At any other time, this event has no effect.
Before the random event redesign, Boochi had a second random event in which his ray gun hit the user's active Neopet, changing its colour to Baby. This random event is retired and thus does not happen anymore:
