The Whinny is a horse-like species of Petpet but with dog-like paws instead of hooves. They are faithful and proud, and would make an excellent steed for Neopets if they were bigger.
Plot summary
Neopets: The Darkest Faerie

During a game between Tormund and his sister, Tormund accidentally opened up the fence holding the Whinny, and they escaped all around the farm, requiring him to chase them back in. They also appear on the outside of Brightvale as well, grazing freely.
