I don't have any precise thngis to say about the relation between black holes and integrability. Perhaps the owner of this blog can say some more? Very naively, if you scatter two objects at high energy and form a black hole, which then takes a long time to decay away, this kind of behavior is the opposite of what you expect in an integrable theory. Just think about the factorized scattering in 1+1 dimensions. Of course, in higher dimensions we cannot have extra conserved charges that do not commute with the Poincare generators, other than supercharges, so this kind of intuition is probably wrong anyway. Integrability works differently in large N gauge theories, as far as we know. Viscosity is presumably related, but I can't think of a precise statement at the moment.
