A Niptor
The Niptor is a Tyrannian Petpet resembling a raptor that was released on November 6, 2003. Niptors are prone to biting everything they see, thus living up to the word nip in their name.

As of August 2008, the Niptor can come in 11 different colours:

- As of August 2008, Niptors are featured in 8 different items.
- June 22, 2005 was randomly themed Niptor Day.
- The Island Niptor won the Petpet Protection League award on Week 79.
