The Mootix is a Petpetpet that loves to jump onto Petpets. Very similar to the Flea, as the item description and its Neopets TCG card have the phrase "Ewwww! Your petpet has fleas!" associated with it. They also seem to be similar to ants also, as the item, Mootix Farm, is very similar to an Formicarium. Nobody knows why, but they appear to hold a grudge against the Cooty.
