The Stamp Album is a collecting tool for users to place certain collected items (also considered a game called Stamp Collector). While it has long been common for Neopets players to collect specific Items or types of items to exhibit them in their Gallery (formerly as unbuyables in their shop) or in their Safety Deposit Box, stamps, collectable coins, sea shells, and evil coconuts were released specifically for collecting.

Stamps, collectable coins, sea shells, and evil coconuts are tradable items, hence can be bought from or traded with other players, but can also be bought at official Neopets Shops, such as the Post Office. Once they have been placed in a player's album, however, they cannot be removed.

There are trophies available for those players who collect the most stamps, coins, shells and coconuts.
