Professor Wocky is a yellow Wocky in a white scientist coat who crashed his Time Machine in Tyrannia's Plateau on April 9th, 2001 only to stay until August 15th, 2001. During his 4 month stay, he requested that Neopians hunt down Tyrannia's Food as it contained the chemicals required to recharge the machine.
