Xandra is a Speckled Xweetok scholar from the Haunted Woods in the plot The Faeries' Ruin. She (or someone that has possessed her or taken her form) was responsible for turning King Altador, the Ogrin Master and Jazan into stone, as well as the Faeries.

Later, Xandra escaped from a cave together with Hanso and Brynn, and solicited the help of the plot's heroes in casting a counter-spell with the artefact that Brynn found.
The spell she was casting (with Brynn and Hanso) was revealed to have turned the other heroes to stone.
