A Blue Kadoatie.

Kadoaties are cat-like Petpets released on May 29, 2001, which refuse to sleep in the dark. Should the lights go out, the Kadoatie will cry continuously until they are turned back on, making sleeping with the lights on the only option for most Neopets who own them. When their owners are going on vacation, Kadoaties are sometimes placed in the Kadoatery, where they get lonely and hungry, waiting for someone to feed them - frequently with very expensive tastes, such as for Draik Eggs. They are also the victim in the game Warf Rescue Team, where Warfs help them get down from a really high tree branch.
