The Blurtle is a type of Pirate Petpet resembling a tortoise. They are slow moving and can carry a lot of weight on their backs.
In Neopets: Petpet Adventures - The Wand of Wishing a former ruler of Miamecca is King Toogah who is a boss in his own tomb.

As of November 2008, the Blurtle can come in 6 different colours.
