A great monster who invaded Tyrannia along with an army of similar dinosaur-like Neopets during The Tyrannian Invasion. He was the boss challenger of the war, coming after seven inital waves of invaders.
After the ransacking of Tyrannia, he earned himself a place in the Gallery of Evil (11th May 2001), but was removed at some unrecorded later point for unknown reasons.
It was implied at the end of the war that the Monoceraptor was the puppet of some greater evil, although it is open thread as to who this could have been.
