Moltara Caves is the smallest part of Moltara land. This was discovered after Moltara City.Moltara Caves consist of:
- Magma Pool
- Igneot's Cavern
- The Petpetorium
- The Arcanium
- The Gilded Page
Moltara Caves with Moltara City is location of Worm Quest Located in The other side of Neopia
