Coltzan's Shrine is a large obelisk in the Lost Desert which pays homage to the spirit of King Coltzan, an old king of the Lost Desret who is now a Ghost.
What it Does
People with accounts older than 4 days are able to go to the shrine and pray to King Coltzan in order to get a blessing once per day. There are a number of different outcomes of this prayer.
- Pets can have their statistics increased, to become stronger or faster or more intellegent.
- King Coltzan may bless you with Neopets.
- You can be given an item. These range from Desert Food to Battledome weapons to Dubloons
- It is possible to get money. Normally it will give out about a few hundred neopoints, but on rare occasions it will give out a million.
Plot
During The Hunt for the Crown, a plot regarding King Coltzan III and the completion of his shrine, his crown appeared to have been stolen by two Meercas when it was revealed. The object of the plot was to work your way through a series of clues in order to finally retrieve the crown and get the shrine to work.
