Royal Characters
There are many royal characters in Neopia, such as King Skarl of Meridell (and his brother, King Hagan of Brightvale), Princess Fernypoo, the famed Cheat! player, and even Fyora, Queen of the Faeries.
Royal Paintbrush
You can make your own Neopet royal with the royal Paintbrush. The Royal Paintbrush can only be bought in the Hidden Tower for 1,750,000 NP or on the Trading Post for whatever people are willing to sell it for. This is one of the few Paintbrushes that gives an entirely different look to your Neopet depending on its gender.
