The owner and administrator of TDN (TheDailyNeopets), Tipem ran a commentary for PinkPT. After a month of hard work tending to the commentary, Yukio purchased TheDailyNeopets.com for Tipem. Was a gift to Tipem, the administrator to the site, from Yukio. As PinkPT did not post unreleased Neopets news at the time, TheDailyNeopets' main purpose was to do so. Staff
TDN, with it's many articles, guides, and graphics (currently on haitus), needs many people to keep the news and content coming! There are currently seven staffers, and six retired ones. TDN always seems to be looking for staffers of some sort.

On June 1, 2006, TheDailyNeopets began an on-site plot to find Jerry, the red Pteri that was their mascot.
