Eleus Batrin is an old Kyrii who lives in Neopia City in NeoQuest I.
Overview
Eleus Batrin is the keeper of lore, and knows much about the world of ancient Neopia. He was the guide to the NeoQuest Hero, explaining the decline of the Neopian world and giving advice on where to go next. He is also a weaponsmith who can create special magical staves using Xantan's Ring. Batrin was a student of Gali Yoj.
Due to the possibility of NeoQuest I being a board game, it's unknown if Eleus Batrin was ever a real Neopet or a work of fiction.
