The Bowla is an Aquatic Petpet introduced on August 29, 2001. The Bowla can suck in water and grow to 10 times its normal size before squirting it all out.
Colours
As of November 2008, the Bowla can come in 6 different colours.

Pinky
Before the Bowla became the Bowla, it was known as a Petpet named Pinky. It was forced to flee Maraqua, its original home, when it was destroyed. With the shop selling them gone, they were temporarily unbuyable until August 29, 2001, when the Rock Pool opened on Mystery Island. The Rock Pool never truly sold Pinkies though, as the change took place just before that shop opened.
It is not impossible to still own a Pinky. Any Petpet who was attached to a Neopet at the time of the change will stay the same until it is removed. This means only a very few people still have a Pinky.
