A vicious bull-like monster who loves to eat JubJubs, although in its (now removed) Gallery of Evil entry, JubJubs were described as the only creatures immune to it's roar, which paralyzes other Neopets.
Although it's origin has been known since the beginning of Neopets, It's actually debatable if this monster is even considered part of Neopets anymore, as it has been taken out of the Gallery of Evil, along with all related items.
The name may be based on monoceros, a horse constallation.
