A Cirrus
The Cirrus is a cloud-like petpet released on January 20, 2001. It's said its older brothers Cumulo and Nimbus abandoned it as a child, and it's up to a user's Neopet to look after it.

As of August 2008, the Cirrus can come in 6 different colours.
