They keep saying that if you take the Petpet to the petpet lab ray, it's considered cruelty, and you're exempt from the contest. Does that mean it applies to the Lab Ray'd Petpet? The Neopet that owns it? Or the player entirely? Cruelty to what extent?
They keep saying that if you take the Petpet to the petpet lab ray, it's considered cruelty, and you're exempt from the contest. Does that mean it applies to the Lab Ray'd Petpet? The Neopet that owns it? Or the player entirely?
