Squire Meekel (also known as Prisoner Three) is a Blue Kacheek and the third opponent in Cellblock. Meekel was captured by a pair of Draconian Skeiths who intended to eat him for lunch. He hasn't been eaten yet but has become suspicious of the large amount of food the guards give him every day.
