Unique. In Hidden Tower. If you can find it. "He He"

These faeries give out quests as random events. They often ask for expensive magical items, and in return feed one of your pets.
Illusen
Illusen's Glade in Meridell. Complete her quests for fabulous prizes.

Jhudora's Cloud in Faerieland. Fights Sloth to save the neopets of neopia.
Rainbow
Rainbow Fountain in Neopia Central. Complete her quest (random event) and have your pet painted the color of your choice. She can not paint pets Royal or Baby.
