The Fountain Faerie may give you a quest, through a random event, which requires you to fetch her a certain item, usually very valuable. As a reward for completing the quest, the Fountain Faerie will allow you to change the colour of the Neopet of your choice, (though with some exceptions), such as royal, baby and MSP.
