A stout, loyal Petpet similar to a tortoise. Loves playing Ultimate Bullseye in the evening. Were used as fighters in Battle for Meridell.

Appeared in Neopets: The Darkest Faerie as a ways to get to higher places you coudn't jump to normaly. Attackig them with either Tormund or Roberta makes the Turtum hide in its shell, and if either of them should stand on the shell when the Turtum pops back out, they would be shot into the air.
