Lucy is a young Lupe with a craving for adventure. Sister to Tormund, she was featured as a supporting character in Neopets: The Darkest Faerie.

During Act 1, Lucy was asked to do Tor's chores while he became a Squire. When he returned, he learnt that Lucy, jealous that she could not go to Meridell, wandered off into Shadowglen Woods, and Tormund had to rescue her.
Later, in Act 3, the Dark Clouds descend on the farm and Lucy tells Tormund and Roberta that, after not watering the plants, the plants took all the farmers. Tor and Roberta then defeated the Juppie Monster to free them.
