Isca is a childhood friend of Garin, and Caylis's twin sister. She helped Garin fight against Captain Scarblade in Curse of Maraqua.
Early Life
Isca and Caylis were young children when Captain Dread caused the whirlpool to destroy Maraqua. King Kelpbeard found them after the whirlpool ended, hiding from looters, and took them to a refugee camp that he had set up. Isca began having vivid dreams that always ended up actually happening, and presumably told King Kelpbeard about them, since he was able to prepare for the events of her dreams and gave her a place in the palace. She continued to tell him about her dreams.
