Brightvale is a large kingdom near Meridell, Ruled by King Skarl's brother, King Hagan. This was the first World in neopea to have stained glass windows. Brightvale is refered to as The kingdom is known as Brightvale, a bastion of peace, knowledge and really lovely ornate windows. some People belive that Brightvale is part of Meridell, However it is Ruled by another king and can Be found on the Neopian worlds Map. Brightvale was founded on august 11th.
